Class size is limited to the first 15 students who register.
Aspiring Artists® cannot offer refunds if a student is absent from class.
Using famous masterpieces as inspiration, students (grades 1-5) will create their own renditions of the famous paintings listed below. Students will also create an original marine life collage. Please have your child bring a smock to protect their school uniform from acrylic paint stains. Acrylic paint stains clothing.
Students will create their own renditions of the following paintings:
- April 9th: Monet’s By the Sea
- April 16th: Original Marine Life Collage (canceled due to early dismissal power outage-make-up date is Monday, May, 6th)
- April 23rd: Monet’s The Sea at Pourville
- April 30th: van Gogh’s Cypresses
- MONDAY, MAY 6th (make up for April 16th)

Acrylic paint and heavy card stock paper are used for all lessons.
Dates: Tuesdays, April 9th to April 30th
Times: 2:20pm to 3:45pm (directly after school)
Location: St. Rose Grammar School – second floor Spanish room/multi-purpose room
Pick up: Instructor will bring students to the main lobby of St. Rose at 3:45pm. Please pick up your child at the front door of St. Rose at 3:45pm, unless your child is attending St. Rose aftercare.
NOTE: Please bring a pizza box to transport wet painting home! Acrylic paints stain clothes, so please provide a smock that will fully protect uniform from paint stains. Fitted plastic smocks work the best to protect school uniform. Thank you!
