Important note: Student must be enrolled at St. Rose Grammar School in order to register for this after-school enrichment program.
Students (grades 1-8) will paint their own renditions of famous masterpieces by learning the specific brushstrokes and layering techniques of famous painters! Each student will create his/her own paintings which will resemble the masterpieces listed below. In addition, students will create a poster for Valentine’s Day using fabric hearts. Acrylic paints and heavy card stock paper are used for all lessons.
See below for dates for each painting. All classes are on a Tuesday from 2:30pm-3:45pm. All classes will meet on the second floor of the school.

Weather Alert: If there is a snowstorm or an ice storm on any of the winter class dates, we will cancel class that day and reschedule a make-up class at the end of the series. Aspiring Artists® will email all registered families if we need to cancel and reschedule a class due to weather. Aspiring Artists® cannot offer refunds if a student is absent from class.
NOTE: Please bring a pizza box to transport wet painting home! Acrylic paints stain clothes, so please provide a smock that will fully protect uniform from paint stains. Fitted plastic smocks work the best to protect school uniform. Thank you!
